2. How can I use the real-time online tutoring?

We teach you through videoconferencing. You can see and talk to your private instructor online in real time. It is as easy to use as Skype or MSN messenger or some other online videoconferencing tool. We prefer every student to set up a free Skype account in order to have unified management. After you log in, your tutor initiates a lesson at the scheduled time. You can talk naturally with your tutor using a headphone with an attached microphone (You can easily buy one from Best Buy or Amazon, if you don't have one yet). Your tutor has a webcam so that you can also see him/her while talking. It is an option to you if you also want to install a webcam and let your tutor to see you. You can either choose to install a webcam or not to.

3. How good are the instructors?

The instructors in CcHello are well qualified tutors. They are native Chinese speakers and have college and above degrees. Most of them have many years of tutoring experience. They know how to provide the best tutoring at all levels and will be very patient to teach pronunciation, listening, reading and writing, etc. They are ready to provide you the most efficient one-on-one private lessons.

4. Are the lessons suitable for me?

Yes, because we provide lessons for students at all levels. You may be a beginner or have already learned Chinese for a couple of years. You may be a college student, a K-12 student or a company executive. The lessons provided by CcHello can either be an important supplement to classroom instruction or a stand alone program. We make a personalized learning plan for every student.

5. How many lessons per week?

It is really flexible, and up to your goal and schedule. You may have as many lessons as you need for intensive study or just one lesson a week. For the best results, we recommend 2 or more lessons per week.

6. Is the tutoring fee expensive?

7. How are lessons scheduled?

It is easy! After you complete the registration form , we will set up an account for you and arrange a free trial lesson for you. If you are satisfied with the free trial lesson, then you can start to buy tutoring minutes. Your payments with Visa, or Mastercard, or American Express, or Paypal account, are all processed through Paypal secured online payment system. If you already have an account in CcHello, you directly click the Buy tutoring minutes button and pay. Then just remember to log into your Skype account at the scheduled time and have fun in learning Chinese from your private instructor.

8. Is the online payment secured?

9. Can I cancel or reschedule lessons?

If you choose to cancel lessons for whatever reasons, we have 100% guaranty on returning your remaining balance in your account. You may also reschedule lessons due to some special reasons. You need to email us 48 hours before your originally scheduled time to service@cchello.com If you are absent for a lesson without informing us in advance, you will still be charged for the regular fee, since it will still take your tutor's time to wait for you.
